DESIGNED FOR THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS
Two large log and stone entry gates reading "Big Bear Ranch" lead to the 9000 square foot three level log home from each end of the ranch. The log home was completed in 1998 and integrates the natural beauty and feel of the Rocky Mountains with its quality log construction and solid hand crafted furnishings. Over 400 lodge pole pine logs were used in the construction of the home. Each log used in the home is hand finished, interior and exterior. Inside, the home imparts a comfortable and stylish furniture setting hand crafted from Aspens, Cedar, and barn wood from the ranch.
The property is landscaped with native trees and plants, coordinating with the surrounding plant life. Dozens of rose bushes and plantings surround the home. Aspen trees have been thoughtfully located not to interfere with the views.
Big Bear Ranch has been set up for entertaining! Everywhere you look quality is evident; each detail is proof-positive that the log home was built with integrity, ensuring that the home's character is richly deserved.
