IMPROVEMENTS

The Indoor Arena is approximately 270’ x 130’. The Arena has 4 bucking shoots and the associated pens and runways to handle Bronc’s and Bulls. There is also a calf/steer chute with associated runback alley for roping events. The indoor seating capacity is approximately 400 people. The entire building is sprinklered.

The Restaurant and Bar are located within the Indoor Arena and can seat approx. 300 patrons. This local favorite has all of the equipment necessary to serve clientele including a walk in freezer, walk in cooler, stoves, grills, fryers, steamers, steam table, cold tables, etc. Of note, the Restaurant is serviced by an elevator providing handicap access. The Restaurant is also comfortable air conditioned.

The Outdoor Arena is 300” x 150’ and offers 1 bucking chute, a calf/steer chute with associated runback alley and holding pens.

A Mobil Home w/water and septic is on the property and serves to house a hired hand for the CrossRoads Arena.

Water Purification/Fire Abatement System - This important feature has been added by the current owners and is a key consideration for the functional operation of the Arena and Events Center.
