LOCATION
The property is located in Dawson County, Nebraska, just a about a mile west of Gothenburg, NE and 35 miles east of North Platte, NE. The property is from a gravel county road that comes off of Highway 30. The gravel road runs along the north side of the property and just north of the access road is I-80. The south side of the property is accessed by an easement with a two track auto trail.

Lexington is the county seat and along with Gothenburg offers most services. North Platte offers major services including a regional medical facility along with private jet capabilities and commercial commuter service at its airport east of town.
