
Bob Starodoj is the President & C.E.O of Mason Morse Real Estate and is the major stockholder in the firm. Having grown up on the East Coast, he quickly decided to move west. A graduate of the University of Colorado, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Bob joined the company in 1967 and quickly achieved a high degree of success.
Bob is one of Mason Morse Real Estate's most successful and long-standing agents. Year in and year out he has been a top producer for the company for over 30 years. Bob's experience includes residential sales, land planning, resort condominium, land development and the marketing of ranches throughout the Western United States. In 2005, Bob completed his most successful selling year of his long real estate career.
Bob's community involvement is very impressive: Director of Flatirons Scholarship Committee, Director of Holy Cross Energy, Board of Directors for the Aspen Valley Medical Foundation, past Board of Directors of Aspen Junior Hockey, past Board of Directors of Aspen Center for Environmental Studies, past Charter Director of Aspen Art Museum, past member of Aspen Attorney / Realtor Committee, past Chairman of Ducks Unlimited and has a long-time commitment to youth athletic programs in Aspen for hockey and football. He is presently member of Trout Unlimited, The Colorado Mule Deer Foundation and the Realtors for Wilderness Committee.
Bob is an accomplished skier, fly fisherman and wing shooter. He is always on the lookout for new opportunities and new challenges and has recently taken up mountain biking with his son, Justin. Bob's wife, Paula, is an emergency room coordinator at Aspen Valley Hospital. They both love the time they spend with their four children, Jessica, Justin, Jennifer, Paul and his wife Bonnie, and their two grandchildren Lauren and Lindsay.
