Bart was born and raised in
Nebraska where his family continues to farm corn and soybeans. He grew up helping his father operate the family farm and is no stranger to the rural lifestyle and the hard work it takes to be a successful producer. The work ethic, honesty, adaptability and intelligence it takes to be a successful farmer or rancher are the same standards he offers Buyers & Sellers when representing their seperate interests in a real estate transaction.
He found his interest in real estate marketing and land planning working for the University of Nebraska's Economics Department. While completing his B.S. in Agricultural Business, with an emphasis in economics, he helped research and publish the
Nebraska
Land Values Report. This report is a comprehensive guide to land values and profitable uses throughout the state of
Nebraska . He also received a research grant for his report with Land Improvements, Soil Erosion & Tenant Landlord Relationships.
Bart now reside full time in Colorado between Glenwood, Breckenridge and Denver and helps his clients purchase or sell ranch and farm properties throughout Colorado and western Nebraska. He has spent the last five years as a Broker Associate and Internet Marketing Manager helping Mason & Morse Ranch Company create a dynamic marketing vehicle that will help sell your farm or ranch.
He has also completed a Master's degree from the
University of
Denver in Real Estate Development and Construction Management (RECM). His experience and education in real estate finance, land planning and construction systems are essential to a seller when their land finds itself in the path of urban growth.
