The Stage Stop Ranch is located 11 miles west of Toponas Colorado. Approximately 57 miles from Vail, Colorado, and 36 miles from Steamboat and 177 miles from Denver International Airport. The ranch is adjacent to the Flattops Wilderness area and the Routt National Forest, opening up to thousands of acres of public lands for your enjoyment. Easy access from two regional airports and the year round resorts of Vail/Beaver Creek and Steamboat Springs. The ranch is at an elevation of approximately 9000 - 9200 feet. The climate boasts four-season living with the average high temperature in winter (January) at 30 degrees F and in summer (July) at 76 degrees F. Precipitation in the area is approximately 24 inches annually with an average snowfall of 167 inches.

The Ranches at Five Pine Mesa offer an authentic log barn and adjacent cabin for owners’ and guests’ use. Gated access to ensure privacy and restrict the entrance, maintained roads, and a live-in caretaker are all a part of what this property has to offer. The barn has a large tack room and four horse stalls, with storage for two HOA owned snowmobiles. All “toys” and horses are maintained by the caretaker.
