LOCATION
Cedar Bench Ranch is located in a peaceful area, locally known as Kinikin Heights, approximately six miles southeast of Montrose Colorado. At an elevation of approximately 7200 feet, this 776 acre ranch consists of 105 irrigated acres producing two ton/acre mixed timothy, orchard and smooth brome grass hay, with the remaining 671 acres in native grass pastures interspersed with pockets of cedar trees.
