WATER RIGHTS
There are 1,112 Acres Surface Rights within Pathfinder Irrigation District. The annual cost of the ditch water is $27,250/yr. There are 2,496 Acres appropriated with Sub-surface wells certified by the Nebraska Resource District.
SOILS
The soils are Tripp-Alice-Dundy Assoc. and Vallent- Ash Hollow Assoc.
PRODUCTION
The owner estimated production for crop yields on this farm is as follows:
Corn: 185 bushels
Beans: 60 bushels
Alfalfa: 5.5 tons
Sunflowers: 2400 lbs.
The average corn yield for Scottsbluff County is about 165 bushels.
IMPROVEMENTS
