All mineral, water, and wind rights held by the current owners will be sold and transferred to the new owners.
SOILS
The terrain is gently rolling, with a 1 to 8 percent slope made up of a variety of silty clay loams.
PRODUCTION
The average winter wheat production in this area following summer fallow is 25-35 bushels per acre, depending on the year.
IMPROVEMENTS
Other than peripheral fencing and a telephone line, there are no other structural improvements.
