LOCATION

The Little Powder River Ranch is located approximately 23 miles south of Broadus, Montana, and three miles north of Biddle. Founded by Clinton Graham, Biddle was originally called Graham, Montana and later renamed Biddle, Montana, after Major S.F. Biddle in the late 1800’s. Biddle offers a post office, general store and k-8 school system.

Broadus is located 170 miles southeast of Billings, Montana and 150 miles northwest of Rapid City, South Dakota, and is the Powder River County seat and serves as the support system for the ranching community. Broadus is situated along the beautiful tree-lined Powder River and is just 1.5 hours from the spectacular Black Hills of South Dakota and 1.5 hours from the historic Little Big Horn Battlefield. Broadus features a school system, which offers k-12, a client, nursing home, beauty shops, golf course, grocery and clothing stores, museum, hotels and restaurants and a newer paved airport.

Gillette, Wyoming is located 67 miles south of Biddle, Montana, is the county seat of Campbell County, Wyoming. The city calls itself the "Energy Capital of the Nation," as the state of Wyoming provides nearly 35% of the nation's coal. Gillette features a major medical facility, community college, the Camplex recreation facility, k-12, hotels, restaurants, shopping and a regional airport.
