The Flying Spanish Peaks Ranch is located in Huerfano County about 13 miles northeast of Walsenburg with good access via county-maintained roads. The ranch is approximately 60 miles south of Pueblo, 100 miles south of Colorado Springs, and 160 miles south of Denver, with easy travel along Interstate 25. This location offers a four-season, mild, and comfortable climate. Lands along the southern Front Range transition from foothills mountains into areas of large open rangeland with scattered canyons, small buttes, and hills.
