Located in the White River Valley, 16 miles east of Meeker, Colorado, off of paved County Road 8, with both the White River National Forest and Flattops Mountain Wilderness area nearby. You can reach the property by Meeker’s local airport offering a 6500’ runway. The property is about 15 minutes outside the town of Meeker, with all town amenities offered. Access to the Heart of the White is via County Road 8 and County Road 54. Commercial air service is an hour and one-half at the Yampa Valley airport.
