WATER RIGHTS AND RESOURCES
Three wells located on the property consist of one flowing artesian and two shallow wells. Buffalo Rapids Water Cost: $6167.20 (approx $40 for 2.5 acre feet of water).
The four-bedroom and one and one-half bath home was originally built in 1942, but has been nicely remodeled and well taken care of.
