There are three wells on the property. The estate has a Permitted well (#266357) that produces water rated at 12.5 gallons per minute. A new pump was installed in August of 2018 and supplies the home and guest house. The second well, is powered by a windmill (Permit #266358) and produces 6.25 gallons per minute. This historic windmill and well feeds a 5,000-gallon wood storage water tank and supplies water to a drip irrigation system with six zones to landscaping and a center driveway water feature.
