Situated in the northwest corner of Dallam County is a 1,740+/- acre irrigated farm. Located roughly two miles south of Texline, Texas is the perfect property for a corn, wheat, and cattle operation. Dallam County Farm is approximately two miles south of Texline, Texas and Hwy 287, which runs through northeastern New Mexico or southeast to Dalhart, Texas. This area has a rich tradition for crop production, cow-calf ranches, feedyards, and yearling operations. Corn, wheat, and milo have long been the staple crops for local farmers. You will find a quiet community in Texline, with friendly people and a great school system. Shopping, banking, a nice hospital, and ag related businesses can be found in Dalhart. A two-hour drive to Amarillo one will find a regional airport and all the conveniences of a 200,000 population.


This farm consists of roughly 1,740 total acres. Ten pivots being either Valley or Reinke models will irrigate 1,306 +/- acres. The pivots are fed by six wells powered by natural gas motors producing approximately 3450 gpm per the owner. The current owner has operated the farm utilizing a corn/wheat rotation while also operating a yearling wheat grazing program to compliment the property. Great fences and two sets of pens allow the owner to operate an efficient cattle program and there is also a home in the middle of the farm. Included in the sale will be ten pivots, six motors, six gearheads and pumps.
