Rancho Santa Cruz is in the state of Coahuila northwest, of Muzquiz about 1 ½ hours. Total hectares are approximately 12,500 (31,000 acres) with diverse vegetation that is primarily browse. Some of the terrain is foothills coming off a large mountain range, but most of the ranch is located in the flats. The entire ranch is well watered mainly using wells that fill large storage tanks which then gravity feed pipelines to drinkers throughout the ranch. The ranch is equipped with nice pens that are very usable and all fences on the ranch are in good shape. Traps surround most waters and are used to gather. The ranch has historically been a cow/calf operation with a 700-900 AU capacity. Improvements include a nice main house, employee housing, plus shops.
