Michael Landreth

Michael Landreth is a nationally recognized industry leader and highly experienced ranch broker and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) with nearly four decades of success in the ranch and land business. His career is distinguished by exceptional sales volume, leadership, and professional honors. Specializing in large ranch and land transactions across the western United States, Michael is known for his deep market knowledge, expertise in property valuation, and has represented hundreds of millions of dollars in sales throughout his career. His insight and experience provide clients with a true competitive edge.

In 2008, Michael served as National President of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) a prestigious organization within the National Association of REALTORS® composed of the industry’s most accomplished land professionals. He also holds the elite Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, a distinction earned by fewer than 55 brokers in Colorado and roughly 750 nationwide. Twice honored as Colorado Land REALTOR® of the Year, Michael has earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results. His leadership roles have built an extensive network of top ranch brokers across the country, ensuring that his clients’ listings and buying needs are known throughout the industry.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Michael’s passion for land runs deep. Formerly the owner of a mountain guiding business in Vail, Colorado, he remains very active outdoors, staying fit, hiking, riding horses, gravel biking, 4-wheeling and covering ground any way he can, all reflections of his deep connection with the land he represents.  He’ll be “See’n You Down the Trail”.
