Frank NeVille

Frank Neville was born and raised on a 120-year-old family ranch in Wyoming, where he developed a deep appreciation for the western way of life from an early age. Growing up surrounded by livestock, horses, and wide-open country instilled in him a strong work ethic and a lifelong connection to the land. This upbringing gave Frank firsthand experience in land stewardship, livestock management, and the unique qualities that make Wyoming ranches for sale, recreational properties, and rural land valuable and functional investments.

From 2010 to 2016, Frank facilitated sponsorships for PRCA rodeo athletes at Atascosa Dodge in Pleasanton, Texas. Upon returning home to the family ranch in Wyoming, he went on to serve as a field representative for a lobbying organization representing independent businesses across the state from 2016 to 2021. In this role, he was responsible for more than half the counties in Wyoming, advocating for independent business owners and ranchers and representing their interests at the state level — experience that gave him a deep understanding of Wyoming’s agricultural communities and rural economies.

An avid hunter and passionate team roper, Frank has spent much of his life immersed in the outdoor traditions of the American West. His background has given him extensive knowledge of working ranches, hunting land, recreational land, and equine facilities, along with a keen understanding of what landowners, horse enthusiasts, and sportsmen look for in a property.
