About John Fowle
John Fowle brings more than 25 years of hands-on ranching and farming experience in Colorado and Kansas, giving him a deep understanding of the land, water, and operations. For nearly a decade, he has specialized in farm, ranch, and land real estate, holding licenses in both Colorado and Utah. John is a proud member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and earned his prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation in 2024, a testament to his expertise and professionalism in the industry.
Raised on Colorado’s western slope, John has a lifelong connection to the land and extensive experience in the outfitting and hunting business. He is highly knowledgeable in irrigation systems, water rights, planned grazing strategies, BLM and USFS grazing allotments, and Colorado State Land Board agricultural leases. His expertise extends to a wide range of agricultural properties, including cattle ranches, row crop farms, hay operations, and orchards. He is also experienced in 1031 exchanges and conservation easements, helping landowners make informed, strategic decisions.
