Agua Blanca Ranch

The Agua Blanca Ranch encompasses approximately 18,000 acres of desert rangeland southwest of Marana, Arizona, just 30 minutes from the Marana Stockyards. The landscape features expansive soft desert flats transitioning to rugged mountainous terrain in the southern pasture. The ranch includes 40 deeded acres, 16,640 acres of BLM lease, and 1,405 acres of state grazing lease. It is divided into north and south pastures, with the deeded land situated along the central fenceline. Over three-quarters of the fenced boundary is ATV-accessible, excluding the mountainous southern portion.
