LOCATION

This productive farm is located north of Texhoma, Oklahoma on Hwy 95 approximately five miles to County Road CC and the west about five miles. This is a great productive farming and cattle area with the availability of grain elevators, livestock auctions, and feedyards. Corn, wheat and cattle are the dominant agriculture choices. Texhoma is a great community with local banking, schools and multiple ag related businesses. Guymon, Oklahoma is about a 20 minute drive from the property to many other amenities. More shopping, dining, movie theater and multiple more activities can be found there.

ACREAGE & IMPROVEMENTS

The Hamby Farm consists of 635 total acres with roughly 480 acres under pivot. There are three older valley sprinklers and one 2017 Zimmatic. Three pivots are nozzled for 500 gpm and one is nozzled for 300 gpm allowing the farm to grow two and a half circles of corn annually. Six wells produce a little over 1600 gallons per minute per the tenant with the largest well being 600 gallons. As well, the farm consists of three turbine wells and three submersible wells. Production on the property has seen 240-bushel corn and 100 bushel wheat. All of the well permits are available through the Oklahoma Water Resources Board.
