Zurick Labrier Named 2025 RLI Texas & Oklahoma Broker of the Year and Earns APEX Producers Club Honors
Zurick Labrier, ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) with the Ranch Company, has received dual recognition from the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), earning both the APEX Region 8 (Texas & Oklahoma) Broker of the Year in Ag Land and Ranch Sales and a place in the RLI APEX Producers Club. These honors were awarded at the 2026 National Land Conference in San Antonio in April, marking the conference’s 20th anniversary.
The Realtors Land Institute APEX Awards Program recognizes the top land real estate agents and brokers in the United States based on verified transaction volume.
In 2025, the program included:
- 299 land professionals
- $9.29 billion in qualifying sales volume
- 11,292 transaction sides
- Over 2.3 million acres sold
Zurick Labrier and his wife, Paula, reside in Canyon, TX. He is an agent/owner with the Ranch Company. His focus is primarily on ranch sales, production farms, and investment properties across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
Zurick’s love of the land began at an early age, riding horseback on the family ranch in northeast New Mexico. Watching the sun rise from the saddle and spending long days moving cattle gave him a deep connection to the way of life that has shaped the High Plains. This background has allowed Zurick to connect with his clients—whether selling a legacy property or guiding buyers through the process of purchasing a production farming operation.
Zurick was named Region 8 Broker of the Year, recognizing him as the top-performing land broker in Texas and Oklahoma for agriculture and ranch land sales. The award reflects:

- Consistent results for sellers and buyers
In addition to Broker of the Year honors, Labrier was also named to the RLI APEX Producers Club, an elite group of land professionals who achieve $5 million or more in qualifying land sales volume in 2025. Zurick has been a member of this group for several years.
