The south portion of the property is located to the northwest of Salem, on Highway 221, with two miles of Willamette River frontage. Polk County is located in the heart of Oregon’s agriculturally rich Willamette Valley. With the Cascade Mountains to the east and the Coast Range to the west, the Willamette Valley is sheltered from extreme temperatures and enjoys a generally mild climate.
