LOCATION

This farm is ideally situated five miles from Powell, and 22 miles from Cody, Wyoming, and is 98 miles south of Billings, Montana.

PRODUCTION

New seeding alfalfa planted in May of 2020. First cutting produced two tons/acre with a Relative Feed Value of 180. Second cutting produced one ton with a Relative Feed Value of 235. Field should yield 5-7 tons/acre with proper fertilizer and water. 23.06 acres have been fall seeded into sainfoin/orchard grass mix, which is ideal for horse pasture.

 

WATER RIGHTS

IMPROVEMENTS
