Matt Kampmeyer brings youthful enthusiasm and passion for ranching. He has lived in Colorado for the past seven years pursuing his love of the outdoors through fly-fishing, climbing, snowboarding, white water rafting, and is an avid hunter and fisherman who guides hunters during elk season with Snowmass Creek Outfitters in Snowmass, Colorado. Matt was raised in Sunfish Lake, Minnesota, a small rural community south of Minneapolis/St. Paul, where he spent his youth in the woods or on the water. His connection with Colorado began when he first skied in Aspen at the age of three where his family has owned property for almost 50 years. He was a multi-sport athlete at Cretin-Derham Hall High School and went on to play Lacrosse at the University of Minnesota – Duluth from which he graduated with a degree in Business/Marketing.
Matt grew up in a multi-generational entrepreneurial family with interests in real estate, banking, insurance and renewable energy. He brings a disciplined approach to his work and play with an intensity that has grown over the years. Hard work, fair dealings and teamwork are hallmarks of his personality and you can rely on the fact that his word is his bond in both business and life. Matt is licensed in Colorado.
