Close Details

The Aquarius Mountain Ranch is located about 10 miles north of Wikieup, Arizona on Hwy 93 then 6 - 10 miles East on Trout Creek Road.  Trout Creek Road was widened and improved when the Wagon Bow Ranch was developed into small acreage tracts year ago.  The area is secluded and private making it ideal for recreation and quiet enjoyment as well as division into estate size tracts.  The 891 acres is easily accessed from Trout Creek Road with desirable west facing orientation and includes a well.  The 5500 acres is more secluded, private and offers better hunting characteristics with both well and springs being present.  The elevation range is generally 4000’ to 5000’ with a few points higher and lower.

The 6,391-acre ranch is comprised of two parcels; 891-acre tract which is on the west side of the mountain range and about 6 miles east of Hwy 93 and the 5,500-acre tract is on the east side of the mountain range about 10 miles east of highway 93.  The acreage varies from gently rolling open grasslands to steep and rolling brush and tree covered terrain.  Some of the ranch is not fenced and is considered adverse for grazing purposes unless otherwise fenced separately.  In addition to grazing, the area is desirable for hunting, with antelope, deer, bear and lion present together with a variety of game birds.  The mixed terrain with grassland mesas and brushy mountains offers an excellent mix for hunting, recreation and scenic views.

These lands have scenic vistas and offer an excellent year round climate due to the elevation and mountainous terrain.  The carrying costs are very low with a minimal amount for real estate taxes.  The lands will continue to appreciate over time and buying them in bulk offers a great investment opportunity.
